The German team exploring London… and meeting the Queen of England

5am in the morning and 6 students and 3 teachers are already on their way to England for an exciting week for our project. After arriving at London Heathrow we got a quick breakfast and then started an exciting day by taking the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. From there we went to the Buckingham Palace. Germany´s team shirts and hoodies finally arrived!

We are ready to be an athletic team! Germany just got their team t-shirts and hoodies. The white t-shirts have all our first names on the back, including our “Team Germany” logo on the front. The blue hoodies have the “Team Germany” logo in the front and “Team Germany, Erasmus+ Fairplay 2017 – 2019” with our website address written on the back. Only a few days left until we meet at the airport for our flight to London. Germany is currently working hard to get all things done right in time: the presentations were ready to be hold today and letters to our host family have all been written. Cheerleading again and talking about sports and nutrition

After preparing the presentations for Bath, the German team was ready for some cheerleading again. This time, our sports hall was busy, so we just used the hall next to our Erasmus+ meeting room. Our students are more and more excited about the upcoming trip to England.. but there is a lot more to be done yet. Who could guess..

.. that the German team is soooo talented in being a cheerleader team?! Today, we had a lot of fun in the sports hall.. Celina, a very talented professional cheerleader from Hannover, is a student in our school and was so motivated when our 16 students arrived on time in the sports hall. After doing a little warm-up, our students learned how to do an elevator in cheerleading: you need one back, two bases, one front and one flyer.
